The Finley Kruchten Foundation, #LL74, exists to turn Finley’s legacy into life-saving awareness, education, and action.

We are committed to raising awareness about blood clots in young people, including the risks associated with Factor V Leiden and pulmonary embolism, so that families, athletes, coaches, educators, and healthcare communities recognize the warning signs and understand that kids get clots too. #Kidsgetclotstoo

In partnership with LifeLink of Georgia, we also educate and advocate for the life-saving and life-changing impact of organ and tissue donation. Finley’s gift of organ donation gave others hope and life, and we are committed to helping more families understand the extraordinary difference one donor can make.

Through FINN FRIDAY, we encourage people to carry Finley’s light forward through intentional acts of kindness, leadership, inclusion, and service. It is a simple reminder to Live Like 74—to show up for others, work hard, lead with kindness, and make the world a little better because you were here.

Through education, advocacy, scholarships, community partnerships, and service, the Finley Kruchten Foundation works to create lasting change while honoring the qualities that defined Finley: leadership, hard work, respect, kindness, and a heart for others.
